Potatoes

Well, we decided to plant up some seed potatoes last week, so they are ready just in time for Christmas. We bought some first earlies, and planted them in a recycling box, a couple of large flower buckets, and a rolled down growbag. They have started showing through already! Time to start hilling! :-) Here they are below at one week old.

We were that impressed with how quick these took, we planted the 4 we had left over directly into the ground. Let's hope they take, and are showing through by next week! :-)
